Troubleshooting

The app does not start

  1. Confirm that you are using 64-bit Windows 10 or 11.
  2. Move the exe to a writable local folder.
  3. Check SmartScreen and security software history.
  4. Make sure another copy of the app is not still running in the background.

The 3D preview is blank or slow

  • Wait for asset loading to finish.
  • Open Settings and select Power saver render quality.
  • Update the GPU driver and restart the app.
  • Remove Parts with large textures to isolate the cause.

A Base or Part does not load

  • Check the extension and file size.
  • Open it in Asset Check and review the error and specification version.
  • Confirm that the Part supports the current Base ID.
  • Download the file again in case it is damaged.

VRM export is unavailable

  • Confirm that a Base is loaded.
  • Fill in Name and Authors in the export dialog.
  • Correct the item identified by the warning or error message.
  • Check free disk space and write permission for the destination.

VRMA does not play

  • Wait for the VRM or Base to finish loading first.
  • Confirm that the VRMA targets a Humanoid model.
  • Make sure playback is not stopped.
  • Try another VRMA to determine whether the model or animation is responsible.

If the issue continues

Send a direct message to @kurotori4423 on X and include:

  • Windows version
  • App version and filename
  • Workspace and steps that reproduce the problem
  • The displayed message
  • A screenshot, when possible

Do not attach avatar assets or other files to the first message. If a file is needed, follow the sharing instructions provided in the reply and first confirm that its license permits redistribution or disclosure to a third party.
